# 4.45. Editor - Search a site by address

### Preconditions

1. The User must be authenticated and have the **Editor** role.
2. The User inputs a full or partial address

### Postconditions

1. The system returns the list of sites that match the searched address

### Main flow

1. The **Editor** uses an API call to query the sites by using either a full address or partial address information (GET).
2. The system validates the search parameters.
3. The system returns the list of sites that match the searched address

### Exceptions

#### \[400 Bad Request\] Invalid input:

If mandatory fields are missing or invalid, the system returns an error message.

#### \[500 Internal Server Error\] System Error

If the system fails to save changes due to an internal error, it displays an appropriate message and logs the error for further investigation.
